Tibtean Singing Bowl Set
A 10.3 Tibetan singing bowl designed to fit perfectly in your palm. These bowls are used in sound healing and meditation practices. This size is compact making it portable and suitable for personal use or smaller spaces.
When played by rubbing the mallet around the rim (mallet is provided), they produce a rich, resonating tone that is believed to promote relaxation, balance energy and enhance mindfulness.
