RETURNS

We are happy to accept items returned within 28 days of receipt for exchange or a store credit.

To return items, they must be unwashed, and unworn and still have their tags and labels attached. Please ensure that the order number is included with the goods, and that youn have detailed the items you are returning and why.

If the item you wish to exchange are more expensive than the original items you will need to supply us with an email address so we can send you an invoice for the additional amount. the exchange will not be made until this payment is received.

Gecko Gearz cannot be responsible for lost parcels.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues. If the item is faulty or sent in error please contact us first, before returning the item.
